QUALITY CONTROL

Archon utilizes a team approach to project quality control, wherein the Quality and Safety Director is the quality team leader and is charged with the responsibility of verifying and documenting the quality and technical requirements of the contract. The Quality and Safety Director also implements and maintains the project’s Quality Control Plan which includes activities such as approval of submittals, procurement, coordination of subcontractor activities as well as the inspection and tests required to insure that specific materials and equipment are installed and used.

Archon utilizes outside consultants to assess the effectiveness of our Quality Control System. Its success is demonstrated by our clients’ consistent satisfaction and our proven ability to perform the exacting work required by the most stringent standards of the utilities industry.
